I think what Miss World was trying to say was no matter how f**ked up our past is, no matter what trauma we had to face at the hands of another, ultimately there comes a time in our lives when we are accountable for our own actions and she is absolutely right. Billie made some bad choices in her life, as have I and other posters as well. I know personally I look back at some of the crap I pulled in my drug and alcohol induced youth and wonder how the hell I got away with that crap. When the time of accountability arrives we can make one of two choices. We can take stock and begin the process of making amends or we can go into denial and try to justify our actions. Those, like Billie who take stock and work to make amends wherever possible deserve our ultimate respect, support and compassion as they have chosen to undergo one of life's most difficult tasks; facing yourself can deliver a multitude of blows to your self-esteem and starting from ground zero is over-whelming. Anyone who undertakes this task has alot of courage. If you need help, I'm here Billie. I've been all through the AA, NA and FU for that matter so hopefully I can lend some moral support if nothing else.  |

Miss world, if you didn't take everything so personally you'd see that billie's post was just a different perspective. Did it occur to you that others may be in the same position and that they could learn from someone else's bad experience? Just because you think she's a good role model, doesn't mean that others will. From your attempts at making an argument, it is plain to see that you can't admit when you're wrong. "Licking her ass?"
