What are you listening too? Right now I'm listening to Kristen Hershs Sunny Border Blue. I just thought I'd do this because this forum doesn't have one. Just a bit of fun.

What am I listening to right now, she asks! Okay, I shall describe in detail what I am "listening to." We decorated the tree today and had some leftover tinsel. The girls have it and are having a "bath." They are shouting "RAINING! RAINING" over and over again as they drop it strand by strand into their hair. "MORE RAINING!" and "I'M SPLASHING IN THE PUDDLE!" as they proceed to drape it over their dolls, their bath tub and, even as I type this, my hair. I am listening to the little demons giggle hysterically as they toss it on each other and I am wishing I were on a desert island somewhere in the pacific with a handsome professor, drinking coconut milk and listening to "O Black Water" by the Doobie Bros. That is what I am listening to right now. ANY OTHER FUN IDEAS???

That's why I'm putting kids off until I'm at least 30 so I can deal with it. Your babies sound so gorgeous and Love stinks is right the tinsel is the best part about being a kid at Chrissy time.

LOL your as bad as my kids LSYY. They are off the wall about Santa and want everything from Bratz to the Princess and the Pauper. (Barbie. I hate her. ) My husband wants new bass strings and my sister, who found out I'm working seasonally at a candy store, called me today demanding fudge. My wants for Christmas are simple; just one present. A 20 year-old blond tennis player named "Sven" would suffice. Just stick a nice bow on his butt and send him my way. Make sure he's flexing his muscles and oh yeah, make sure he doesn't talk. I hate it when they talk. ;D ;D

I'm still waiting for a hormonally-challanged woman to invent "menopause Barbie" and "Fat-ass Barbie" complete with cellulite and saggy tits. Just looking at that doll gives me a complex.

I guess that's why American beauty was invented. Those theories of beauty annoy me. They won't invent cellulite barbie because they still need to oppress women with those horrible ideas.

I suffered from annorexia nervosa for years because of ideas like that. It took me a long time to come to terms with the fact that beauty has many forms. Thank God those years are behind me! Now-a-days I eat without fear but I exercise daily and take better care of myself (despite the smoking ) and while I'm plumper now after having two children, I'm by no means fat. Besides, you've all seen my picture; for an old broad of 41, I'm cute as hell! ;D (and modest. very, very modest. heeheehee!)

I'm pretty sure that I'm out of it now but I still suffer with food fear alot. However, my illness had little to do with ideas of beauty. It was violence to me. If you can understand.

Right now I'm listening to a song called Dánarfregnir og Jarðarfarir by an Icelandic band called Sigur Rós.
