He's dead ok? None of that information is credible enough to lead to the conclusion that Kurt's alive.

-"They have the same record label" Well Ashley Simpson has the same record label as Kurt as well would that make her Kurt Cobain reincarnated?

-"They look a lot alike" So that means theyre the same person?? NO

-"Weezer's first album came out the same year Kurt died" A lot of albums came out in 1994 does that mean they're linked to Kurt Cobain as well?

None of that leads me to believe that Kurt's alive.

-If Kurt was alive then why would he lead everyone including his daughter (which he loved more than himself) that he was dead. She would wake up screaming at night for her father. Do you seriously believe he would put her through that?

Its utter bollocks.He is dead.I wish he wasnt dead, but Im not gonna turn the other way and pretend he's still alive.This Kurt is the lead singer of Weezer theory is just a comfort to fans who want so bad to believe he's still alive. Are you sure about that? Because in the last interview he ever gave he said he wanted to become like Johnny Cash. Not to mention even when Courtney tried to convince him to give up drugs the first thing he did after the intervention was go and rehearse and then there's the internet post before his death where talk about how nirvana's next record would be moodier and alot more quiet. I don't think a man who wants out of the music business does that. I think he just wanted to end Nirvana and do his own thing. What he would've come up with certainly would've been interesting and I don't doubt fantastic. I wish he had of lived.
