NO. if there was an ounce of doubt, the cops would have investigated and turned over every stone. Ask yourselves, would courtney risk having a hand in kurts death knowing that if she was to be found out she would go to jail. No way. kurt killed himself. RIP

Again, the evidence points to murder; the level of heroin in his blood, the clean gun and pen, the handwriting and the wording on the "suicide note" and the position of the bullet lodged in his mouth with very little blood that trickled from his ear. Granted, Courtney has an alibi, so she wasn't the one who pulled the trigger but her behavior during that time was open to suspicion. She directed Tom Grant to place survellience at some of Kurts drug dealers in case he came by, yet wouldn't allow survellience put at the house. During her so-called search for Kurt, she seemed more concerned about press, her upcoming album, and the millions Kurt was giving up by not doing Lollapolooza. Tom has these statements on tape. Then to consider is El Duce's testimony, backed up by a polygraph that he passed with the highest score possible, That Courtney offered him $50,000.00 to blow Kurts head off and make it look like a suicide. Furthermore, the Medical Examiner who performed Kurts autopsy was a good friend of Courtneys and didn't mention this conflict of interest AND the second note that Courtney had from Kurt telling her he wanted a divorce was returned to Courtney by the police and they advised her to destroy it because "it won't do you any good." Why would they return what could be a key piece of evidence to a possible murder? What's going on here?

Add it all up and it doesn't look good for Courtney. To the question, Did Courtney Kill Kurt, I would have to say Maybe.

For someone who started out preaching punk ethics yeah right!. Although I actually like some Courtneys songs I find this hard to come at. Courtney wanted nothing more than to be like Kat Bjelland. Now she is truly a goddess. Maybe Courtney was jealous Kat had a better scream or wanted her abbility to win over men but the way she modelled herself of Kat is almost scary. You can sort of understand why Kat wrote 'Bruised Violet' to Courtney. So which one of them invented the kindersleeper look? I think Kat did. Courtney has a history of copying the latest trends. Even today on Americas Sweetheart she felt she needed to namedrop the dude from the Strokes.Courtney is no punk. She's too right wing to be punk.

Yeah I agree with you there.I have no issue with people having plastic surgery but she looks awful now. She has gone from looking quite beautiful in the Hollywood sense of the word to being a plastic surgery monstrosity. I hope she stops soon other wise she will replace Michael Jackson as the billboard promoting why not to have plastic surgery. Courtney wrote that whole Pretty on the Inside [great record] but all she ever wanted was the exact opposite. She wanted to be pretty on the outside.How sad

Serve the Servants had a breif line which spoke of the "witch hunt" on Courntey Love.Thats all about it for In Utero.NOTE-All Apologie was not a bash on Courtney that was in Kurt's Journals and written before Kurt was married.

Kurt didnt kill himself as for Courtney killing Kurt I know they were getting divorce but Im not stating who it was that killed Kurt cause no one really knows yet besides the person who did the wrong doing.

Bree, my dear, I'm could comprehend somebody describing Madonna as a strong woman who's managed to have it all - the 3 Cs: Career, Cash, Children and has pulled it off successfully. But I still can't see how people can perceive Courtney Love as a woman who has strength. The mess that she has made of her life shows this.
(1) Inability to give up drugs - WEAKNESS
(2) Inability to control her temper - WEAKNESS
(3) Inability to be a good mother - WEAKNESS
(4) Inability to manage her financial estate - WEAKNESS
(5) Inability to be honest - WEAKNESS
(6) Inability to accept her age - WEAKNESS
(7) Inability to sustain a loving relationship - WEAKNESS
I'm sure that others could add to this list....

Seven major examples of Courtney Love's lack of strength. Perhaps you are confusing the celebrity image that she likes to project with the reality that has been her life? Or are you talking about physical strength and the fact that given a whiskey bottle and a flashlight she can inflict considerable damage against another person? Is that what you mean by strength? Because, I just can't see it. When I look at Courtney, I just see a weak, pathetic, fame and drug dependant, monumental f*ck up and a lousy mother.... Strength? I just can't see it!

I can see Courtneys strength SOMETIMES. I think the fact she survived what happened to her in her childhood and didn't commit suicide is a huge fleet. Also the fact that she didn't become half washed up carbo copy of herself after Kurts suicide amazes me. Don't you just love a survivor? I can understand she has weaknesses but that took courage.

Bree, I also believe she was quite attractive before her surgery but I think what she has done recently makes her look horrible. It's destroyed her.

She already said she took heroin, besides thats already over with, COURTNEY had someone kill kurt, Murderers are never positive role models, Courtney Love says she doesnt need surgery to make her proud as a woman or or some nuts but has had nose surgery, and lip implants and probably breast implants so she is fake and hypocrit. And still ugly. Courtney Love is not a Nancy because Nancy was never an attention or fame seeker and murder her husband like courtney, Kurt said his songs didnt have much meaning just ramblings of poetry therefor the songs were probably not directed towards courtney.
