I believe the whole cg was anti Courtney. Especially Heart Shaped Box. Courtney gave him a heart shaped box when they met. The lyrics , married buried- that a blatant statement he was not happily married. She knew the song was against her. She was afraid he would turn fans against her. Her new CD was about to come out and he wrote most of the songs and she was afraid he would ruin her. Funny she was with him every time he was supposed to have overdosed. Why didn't she call the ambulance and get him into rehab earlier. In Rome he overdosed but she was there at the time. I saw Kurt on that tour he was nappy and not drugged out. I think Rome and she overdosed him. Someone must have come to check on Kurt and told her to call an ambulance. Probably Chris. She fakes overdoses herself. She was a terrible mother to Frances. She admits she doesn't write her own music. she begs other musicians for material. Billy Corgan dated her before Kurt and if you look closely Frances looks more like Billy than Kurt. But Kurt loved Frances. I bet people told him she had been cheating on him. Kurt was murdered no doubt about it. Yom Grant proved it. Courtney have the motive. Even her dad said she did it.

Yeah, half the album speaks of her and how she's a selfish evil person. Just Heart-Shaped Box says so much. But also Tourette's (when you know the actual lyrics), Milk It, Sappy (was supposed to be in it, it existed before, but lyrics were changed for the In Utero session), Radio Friendly Unit Shifter, even All Apologies, apologizing for being himself to Queen pregnant dog. But most of all, You Know You're Right...which the thingy has stolen from him and reversed the lyrics and called it You Got No Right.
