Hmmm interesting. It's hard work trying to make sense about what she's rambling about. I wonder why she thinks that these inane ramblings would interest her fans? It's not even as though she tries to put her point across coherently. Some of the references are to interviews that she did, (Strauss - Rolling Stones mag) & the Blender interview - which talked a bit about her her 'porno bankers' as she calls them. A Courtney explanation seems to consist of little but blaming others.

However, behaviour like that is very common to junkies and also alcoholics; she perceives that everything is being done against her, stolen from her, persecuted, and never seems to admit culpability over the situation that she is in. Courtney is always the victim. This is a common ploy adopted by junkies and alcoholics to gain sympathy, help, and trust only at a later date to abuse that trust. She's never going to get better or straighten her life out until she accepts responsibility for the f*ck ups. She always comes back to denial of drugs - but her behaviour doesn't support this. She's been denying the drugs for the last 20 years but if you look at her public history and all the occassions that she's been in rehab, you can spot that there's been a lot of lieing going on. Maybe like an alcoholic, she just won't admit it to herself...

I don't know about her other ramblings regarding her finances but I can say this much about this post; I know from very personal experience to NEVER give a drug addict, recovering or otherwise, xanax. A drug from the valium catagory, it's highly addictive and can easily be abused and the withdrawal is tortuous. What Courtney needs is a mood stabilizer and possibly an anti-psychotic. Before you pro-Courtney's yell at me, I'm NOT saying she's psychotic; I'm not a doctor, but I remember during my lowest points in life I was given an anti-psychotic called Haldol that helped out some and I definately wasn't psychotic. (well, except during my time of the month but every woman knows during that time she's allowed. ;D) In a low dosage it's an anti-anxiety and non-addictive. I'd also surmise, through my own experience, mind you that she would benefit from an anti-depressent. All-in-all the real drugs she needs are the ones that are no fun; they just help you. I've been on mood stabilizers and antidepressents since 1993 and I can honestly say they've helped me enormously. Without them I'm a total B-ITCH; angry, uncaring, selfish, and prone to boiling rages very quickly. With them, I'm laid back, calm and actually nice; well, when I want to be. ;D I can get my work done and mother my children and not worry about turning into psycho-b-itch any minute. I'm surprised Courtney's doctor would approve a horrible drug like xanax in favor of the medications that could actually help her. Another Dr. Feelgood maybe? He should be slapped.
