He gave an opinion and he is entitled to it. Why get all in a snip about it? I don't think he's "picking on the fat kid" I think he's stating what he likes to listen to and what he doesn't. Next your gonna say "Frank Black is a god" and "Frank Black Rules!"

f**k Courtney you've gone to topic I will argue the toss with you about. How can you say Frank Blacks solo stuff isn't good. Fair enough it's no Surfer Rose but Pistolareo and Cult of Ray not to mention Teenager of the Year [how good is Pong] are magnifcent records. Frank is awesome. You're just picking on the fat kid. FRANK BLACK IS AWESOME. People listen to what music they like, they don't need to like the artist as a person but if your listening to their music doesn't that mean you respect them as an artist? You are after all enjoying their art and buying it. What the hell is your problem? Someone has a different opinion to yours and you take it as a personal insult. I don't care what bands you like - you suck. What exactly do you mean by respecting them as an artist anyway? It's music - you either like it or you don't.

Well said, Kobob. Don't talk to Danielle she's a misinformed idiot who reads a sentence and fancies herself an authority. Not only does she suck, she's a rash....a minor irritation that gets more inflamed when you scratch it. Ignore her; I like your posts and think your taste in music is great. Who cares what she thinks? She doesn't live in America yet she's the leading authority on american culture, so she thinks. Scrape her off your shoe and walk away.

Well excuse me but everyone on this board gets defensive about the murder theory whenever someone offers a different point of view and you take it personally. I never said Frank Black rules. .What I said is that you can't just dismiss Franks solo music. Half of you people wouldn't know who Frank is anyway.

Anarchy, why must you say that about Kurt? He has done nothing but help music, unlike many other so called artists. The point is that you shouldn't f**k with the one who helped make anarchy what it is today. Kurt was a better anarchist than you will ever be, I can tell by your imature, attention-starved ranting. So just shut up. Please. Or at least think about something before you decide to call it anarchy. My answer to the previous question is Incesticide.

My favourite Nirvana record is In Utero purely because the lyrics is so deep and heartfelt unlike other groups/artists. Kurt had been through so much trauma when he was younger, he saw one of his best friends hanging from a tree outside his school, his mom and dad split up when he was in his teens(correct me if im wrong) and his grandmaw, the person who he loved the most, died and he went depressed for a few months. Basically this whole record just sums up his life.

Erm, can't be arsed reading the thread so...
Can't pick a fav album. Never can with any band. No matter who. unless they only got the one. I can always compile a album of fav tracks though.....but not tonight....to lazy, and drunk...
