Now, I’m not one to go around putting other people down. I have a very tolerant, live and let live philosophy about life. But as long as someone is asking, I will say I think Court needs to grow up. She’s like 40 and still acting out her immature punk role. She’s making a spectacle of herself. It’s inappropriate, and she just doesn’t get it. Makes you want to ask, what is she trying to prove and who’s she trying to prove it to? That she’s unconventional? That she’s cool? Well, she’s going overboard. Poor girl, she’s digging a real ditch for herself, by smarting off to the law and talking back to judges, etc. It will catch up with her eventually, and all her blood money won’t bail her out.

Yeah i agree!! she should grow up!! i mean she's a mother!!! but this punky lifestyle seems to mean more to her, has she actually got her daughter or is she in care?

you make me sick, all speculation again. you don't know jack about any of this. she loves her daughter. she is enjoying her life, unlike you, sitting in with your tv sets, are they your only friends? wouldn't surprise me.

According to CNN.com/entertainment, Courtney lost custody of Frances in October 2003. She allegedly broke into a friends' home then was placed into custody. Hours after her release she overdosed on non-prescribed painkillers. Frances was then placed in the care of Kurt's mother Wendy O'Connor.
I hope that for the sake of her daughter, Courtney will straighten up, if possible. She must be very unhappy in that situation. Battling drugs has to be one hell of a struggle, not from personal experience but this is what I have heard.
I don't hate her. But I am concerned about the possibility she conspired to murder. In reading Tom Grant's case file information there were too many red flags that went up that would lead any reasonable person to become suspicious. Before I read it I had heard of this theory but didn't take it all that seriously. However it leaves some very unsettling questions in one's mind.
