Bands with Chad Channing. Both before and after Chad drummed for Nirvana, he played in a number of different bands. Here, we just focus on the latest three groups he has played for. Firstly, he emerged with the great band The Methodists that released their debut album Cookie on Mock Records in 1998. The album was mastered by Jack Endino who also produced Nirvana's debut album, of course (featuring Chad on drums). Chad supplied drums, vocals and guitar to the album - which also included the members John Hurd, Dan McDonald and Erik Spicer. Unfortunately, the band later broke up following the departure of bassist Dan McDonald. The remaining members (Chad, Erik and John) formed Television Intravenously (TVIV) and recorded a 3-song demo in 1999. However, by 2001 Chad had joined a new band: East of the Equator. They released their debut album in 2004, also produced by Jack Endino. www.eastoftheequator.net

Bleach is what Nirvana realy means. Its raw energy is pretty much revealed in In Utero. What the f**ks wrong with Krist novoselic. He should start a new band. Not something like Eyes Adrift. I bought his album. I thought it was cool but not good enough to compete with these corperate sleepers. And you know what Francis Bean Cobain is the luckiest girl in the world.

Some say Kurt was a bit jealous of Jason Everman --- apparently, the ladies favored Jason over Kurt. Kurt was great, but he had his problems. As for Chad, I kinda feel sorry for the guy --- Kurt pretty well used him. Krist didn't make the decision to fire him; Kurt did. Kurt made all of the decisions. He was a control freak. I agree about Frances Bean: lucky girl. I'm not a huge fan of Courtney's but *someone* has done a great job of raising Frances. She seems like a well-adjusted (and beautiful) young girl. Hopefully, she has also inherited her parents' musical talents (and hopefully not their manic-depressive tendencies). I see Frances as emerging onto the music scene in the next 3-8 years. She'll be big. Kudos to her.

If Chad Channing drummed on "nevermind: Nirvana would have been so much less popular. Chad CHanning was the worst drummer, listen to Bleach Chad is garbage he needs practice. The reason Bleach wasn't huge was because of Chads drumming.
