Is Courtney always in trouble with the law?

Seriously, is she always doing something against the law. I found this on the net and it''s amazing they haven't put her away. I guess her lawyer is her best friend now.

Daniëlle, Courtney is always lawless.
A heroïne addictive has no options.
Drugs must be near or else you get really sick.
I do not know the law in the V.S. but in the Netherlands(you might think this country is drug heaven) possesion of any drugs is illigal(exept the use of mariuana witch is legal under six grams).
If you think Courtney could defy those laws, yes she is legal.
But in my own oppinion she always is in a threatfull position.
