The case SHOULD be re-opened. No questions about that. I am appauled by the way the police handled it. Courtney just didn't want Frances to know the real truth. And she is going to find out sooner or later when she gets older..........
One of the obvious Questions:
If Cobain injected himself with a deliberate heroin overdose, why would he also shoot himself in the head with a shotgun, leaving his baby daughter - the love of his life - with horrific visual images to remember him by? Why not just “go to sleep” on the overdose and never wake up?

Hmm, kurt is dead, hes not coming back so who cares. r.i.p I Care... Also Tom Grant said he had smoking gun evidence but didnt want to reveal it unless the case was taken to court because if it was in court it would have a huge effect on the case and if he revealed it now it would slow the case if it ever reached |

SPC, Reopen Kurt's case. Have a full and proper investigation this time. Develop the photos of the crime scene, review the autopsy reports and the evidence. Learn the facts, If it was indeed a suicide, it will be proven again, and no longer questioned. The truth is all we want! Kurt is forever in our hearts. i agree. I thnk tht they shud reopen the case. Oh my f*cking god,What is your guy's problem?Their is not enough evidence to say courtney killed kurt.How do you think this would make you feel if you were Courtney Love?And all you kurt lover's do you really think he would want you's to be saying this sh*t about his wife and daughter?And as for shooting himself with a shot gun after over-dosing,I dont know why he would do that but he was on drug's and drug's make you do some f*ucked up thing's

I care that someone was murdered and then people made it into a suicide case! I went to justiceforkurt.com and I totally beleive the truth was covered. I want the truth to be revealed! They have stuff on the site to help spread the word and news addresses to get ppl to investigate on this more! I already wrote letters.....call me crazy but I dont want that loser to get away with it....I hope she suffers when she dies....I hope she suffers more than the grieving fans,friends,and family of Mr. Cobain!
