How can a bunch of people who apparently hate someone- courtney- obess about her so much. I just dont get it. You dont even know the woman. What has she ever done to you? and don't say she killed kurt because you know d**n well she didn't. Kurt pulled the trigger and no one else.
You appear to breath hatred and contempt for courtney. Are your lives that empty and shallow? I reckon a psychologist would have a fill day with all you lot and send you to the nutty farm with no return ticket.

I'm going to skip the other posts and skip directly to Rockets first post; Rocket you seem like a balanced, clear-headed individual so I'm going to address your post directly. I'm not a Courtney basher; I'm not a Hole fan. I'm not a Courtney fan and yes, I like Nirvana very much. I am highly suspicious of the events that lead up to Kurts death and due to highly publicized information, it is there for the speculation. I can say this much so far; the circumstances surrounding his death don't always point to suicide. People close to him said he seemed happy and looking forward to the future. There is the unsigned Will he made up that he never got to sign, the Will excluding Courtney Love. El Duces testimony that Courtney Love offered him $50,000.00 to blow Kurts head off and make it look like a suicide, and passing the Polygraph test with flying colors. There is also his ultimate demise 10 days after appearing on camera for a documentary. And Kristin Pfaff's death of an apparent OD the night before she was to depart Seattle. All I'm saying is, I'm suspicious. There's nothing yet solid tying her to murder, but there are unanswered questions. My hope is for an intelligent discussion from someone pro-Courtney to tell me why they think she's innocent. No name calling, no mud slinging, no insults, no COURTNEY RULES but an honest discussion of her struggles in the entertainment business and perhaps a commentary on the events that lead up to Kurts death. Any takers?  |

Thanks for your post. It's interesting to read other peoples perceptions on Kurts death. However, I remain in the 'camp' which believes that kurt and kurt alone was responsible for his own death. People can speculate on the cobain's marriage, how apparently it was in trouble with divorce on the cards etc .And yes i doubt it would have lasted much longer if kurt hadnt of died largely due to the drugs kurt was taking and the toll it had on the relationship.
I truely believe that kurt was suffereing from clinical depression, that coupled with the huge amount drugs and a fame which he could not handle much of the time sent him over the edge. He was a very unhappy individual and could not see any way out, nor did he want to find a way out. Apparently, even in his teens he spoke of suicide. (check out his aunt mary on the DVD- kurt and courtney)
El Duces was not a reliable source and other pieces of so called evidence like the polygraph test was pretty much of a sham. Apparently the person conducting it kept nodding off .
Dylan said on the DVD that he believed Kurt killed himself and no one else was involved. I agree with him.

Watch it, Itslikeatradeoff. That last remark was very uncool. You can disagree with Rocket as much as you want but learn a little respect. Rocket and I disagree on many points but we respect each other; It's called acting like adults. Try it sometime. That remark was childish and uncalled for. I have never dissed you nor do I diss ANYBODY for what they believe and did nothing to deserve that nastiness. I've never lost my temper on this board--don't make me ruin an otherwise perfect record.
