let's say wildest case scenario, Kurt shoots himself up with $50.00 worth of crappy tar (forget about the '3 times a lethal dose' nonsense, addicts can do much much much higher amounts and still function.. much less od. When overdose levels are figured they are talking abut non-opiate addicts. Tolerance is everything.
So he shoots up in the greenhouse, he's laid out, and his mouth is open maybe b/c he's so messed up, nodding off... someone walks up and puts the gun in his mouth and shoots.. tell me,
How do they get him to grip the gun so tightly after killing him?
if you grip something tightly, and die quickly, the muscles may not release and you will then be found firmly gripping whatever it is you were hoilding when you died, as was the case here; the fingerprints smudged when they pried the weapon from his hands/
