I heard the tape of Tom catching Courtney in that lie on www.cobaincase.com. She also claimed she showed it to Rosemary Carroll, which was also a big lie. (I'm like, sooo shocked.) She promised to show it to Grant, though she never did. Also big shock. That's interesting about Eric. One reason I didn't suspect him is because of his reaction at Kristins funeral. Against Janet Pfaffs wishes, he showed up at the funeral and threw himself on the casket and security had to escort him out. Later he showed up at their house, obviously strung out and was sent away before he could say anything. I think he knows something but was sent away before he could say what it was. Maybe he was going to rat Courtney out, I don't know, though. What you say is very interesting, though. If he knew where the greenhouse was, why the hell didn't he check it? Or maybe he did and said nothing. Hmmm....Drew Barrymore better watch out. I hear they're dating again.

For her sake, I hope so! I'd hate to lose her, she's one of my favorite actresses. She kicked butt in the remake of Charlies Angels and I hear they did their own stunts. Loved her in Poison Ivy too. She was so evil; I like evil characters. ;D

3. Do your homework. That note your talking about was the Rome note, which she later burned. She told Rolling Stone magazine about the note claiming it was in a safety deposit box. Later the SPD needed something to compare the handwriting too and Courtney gave them the note. When Sargeant Cameron gave it back he advised Courtney, "this will never do you any good. I'd get rid of it if I were you. So, according to Courtney "I burned it." Furthermore, it was addressed to Courtney, not his mother, whom he couldn't stand, telling her he was leaving her, divorcing her, NOT KILLING HIMSELF. Courtney herself admitted this. There was another note written to Courtney and Frances from Kurt. After Kurts suicide Courtney found it, hidden away with his favourite childhood toy Chim Chim . It was basically a suicide note to Courtney. Claiming he loved her a lot. You don''t have to believe me but I'm not talking about the Rome note The suicide note the note that Courtney claimed was under the pillow in the mainbedroom to Tom Grant I'm talking about the one Courtney found a month or so after Kurts death. She didn't even have anything to do with Grant then so isn't the under the pillow note.
Pyschology is a vague science at least. Even my old pyscholgy teacher admitted to that. Many people who suffer with depression and then begin to plan their own suicide go through happy phases which would of course sum up possibly why Kurt was happy at Exodus.

You took a class and now your an expert on suicide? Oh please! I went to college and majored in psychology; I worked in the field for 10 years, but you took a class so you know more than me?? PLEASE!!!
Again, they DO NOT go through a "happy phase." That's a myth. They are depressed, determined and decisive but they are not "happy" about the decision. Your 19 and I'm 41; I've seen more of life than you have and I've seen all stages of suicidal behavior and I've never seen this "happy phase" you describe. These are people in intense pain with the objection of ending the pain as quickly as possible. They don't go around with happy smiles on their faces because they've decided to kill themselves.
But hey, what do I know? YOU took a CLASS!

I've never heard about the "chim-chim" note. (trivia; chim-chim was a monkey character on the now defunct cartoon series Speed Racer.) Has anyone else heard this? Sounds like a Courtney rumour to me. I seriously doubt this or it would have received a whole lot more attention. Courtney loves attention. There was also the "suicide pact" rumour that turned out to be false, the "dream machine" rumour, also false and of course "He's still alive rumour" which I wish wasn't false. Chim-chim? Smells like bullsh*t to me.

Chim-Chim? Danielle, once again, please can you let us know your source?
I suspect that your info may come from the Poppy Z. Brite lie-o-graphy which was commissioned by Courtney Love for a lot of money, and which like most of the Love lie-o-graphies the information was carefully controlled by Love herself... Am I right? Axxx

Another such lie-o-graphy was Heavier Than Heaven by Cross. He got almost all his info from Wendy and Courtney. Thus it is "slightly" biased.
Sandford's Kurt Cobain is another failed biography, just because it seems like the writer despises his subject and it looks like he just written the darn thing for the money . His facts seem quite straight till about the middle half though.
Kurt's Journals are a rip-off of Kurt's private notes. I think it was wrong to publish them, but yet I own them and they are interesting, read them with extreme respect because you are reading a man's soul directly... They are thoroughly censored though. There is only *one* letter to Courtney and it's all positive. This is impossible in my opinion.

Axxx Ah no, it's actually the books the sound of Seattle and Never fade away. I also have many articles from magazines about Nirvana where I have accumulated information. I have read Poppy Z Brite's book but I find it bias at best. Plus it is attempting to tell Courtneys side of the story not Kurts. I'd rather read Kurts story.

That book is sh*it. Thompson claims that Kurt called his friend and asked what the best way to shoot yourself in the head is.Yet he fails to state who this friend is, when he called and any other information that would make this information reliable. That statement to me is as unreliable as the man who claimed he was the last to speak to Kurt. What and there isn't unreliable information in the nuts you read stop being so malicious.
