Maybe she did and maybe she didnt' but the evidence points to murder. The toxology tests alone prove that he was unable to fire the gun with the heroin levels so high. There are other things that point to murder which I won't get into because I don't feel like typing all that crap all over again, but the fact is, Kurt was murdered. If Courtney wants to be "free" she only needs to do one thing; step forward and release the medical records so a thorough investigation can be done. She has consistantly refused to do this. Why? It would clear things up pretty quickly. She has never commented on the accusations, never sued her accusers and refuses to release the records that would possibly clear her. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.

the suicide note never said anything about wanting to die. it was more of a compilation of notes kurt wrote about leaving the band put together. plus some believe the handwriting at the bottom of the note is not really kurt's.
