UPDATE: Missworld is still gone. She says she would be glad to argue if given a valid argument yet now that we have shown her that valid arguments were here all the time and even gave her links to some of them she doesnt seem too glad to arugue about them.

hello my darlins, sorry i havent posted in ages but i've got my life to sort out aswell as posting on here.
anyway, arguements...
When Frances told Courtney that Janet Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction" was innapropriate in an interview Courtney told her "But I show people my boobs." Are those some moral values you would teach your daughter?
if this is true, i cant defend courtney on this one, there's no excuse.
I feel you have your prioritys messed up.You think she's is great music wise.Thats fine with me Im not gonna tell people what music to listen to.But you cant give me one example of her being a decent person.You just want to think shes good because you admire her music.She brakes all the rules and has the image of some a*ss kicking chick.You admire that.But its not something to admire.Like me with Kurt Cobain.I admire him as a musician, and I admire his opinions on sexism, feminism, homophobia, ect. But I do not respect the fact that he was into drugs therefore I dont go around the boards saying he's god as you do with Courtney calling her a goddess.
i admire courtney for a lot of things, one of them being her music. i also admire her cos shes been to hell and back in my opinion and is still here and she didnt fade away. i mean, i dont worship her at all, i think you've misjudges where im coming from on this. theres a lot of nuts going on in my life at the moment which i'm not gonna share but her music helps me and the fact that shes been through so much. i dunno, i dont idolise people like you all seem to think i idolise courtney, i just think shes pretty cool is all. i dont agree with her getting her tits out in public and overdosing everytime the going gets tough, truly i dont. and sometimes i doo feel sorry for frances bean cos she didnt choose her family she just got put in this world and that was the family she was given.
anyway, thats my essay over with.

and hippie, as usual, you've made one of the best arguemements ever. i have a lot of respect for you.
i've thought about it and no, courtney isnt always the best mother. you dont overdose in the same room as your child, its disgusting and she doesnt have the right to be shocked when social services took frances away. she doesnt deserve special treatment cos shes a star, i totally agree.

Missworld Im sorry for being rude. Im sorry your are having trouble in your life at the moment and I hope you get everything squared away and back to normal. On her music: I must agree its good for the most part. Her solo career has a two good songs but for the most part isnt the best. I like Almost Golden and Mono. Her band had two good cd's from what Ive heard Celebrity Skin, and Live Through This.Im going to look into Pretty on The Inside and see if its any good. I like her band I very much dislike her though. Same with the Doors. Love the music dislike Jim Morrison.Emotional bastard he was. Anyway Im sorry if Ive offended you in any manner, you have problems at the moment and I dont want to interfere and or make them worst. Get things straightened out Missworld Good Luck . Oh and thank you for the bad mother thing. Yes she has survived some pretty tough things (even though she has made some of those things to begin with hard). |
