People get away with murder all the time. How many murders or suspicious deaths remain unsolved? Cover-ups, false evidence, wrongful prosecutions. These are all real things. That's not to say Courtney had something to do with Kurt's death but it was based on circumstantial evidence. No one knows for sure that he did kill himself and that's why there's so much speculation.
