Hey, here's your chance to be apart of my end of year essay. No it's not that exciting but nevermind.I'm studying forensic science and I hate it but for my end of year free choice where I need to study a crime I'm doing Kurt's death. If you guys have any official documents or know where I can get them, plus any toxicology, serology, ballistics, fingerprints, pyschology, eyewitness accounts, evidence of police corruption or anything else relavent to the case that isn't heresay.I'd really appreciate it. I'm looking for information that supports both viewpoints. Go nuts if you want I'm sure it will all come in handy at the end.
I hate Forensic science, it's just dehumanising sometimes but this looks like it would be the best thing about the year if we do it like my teacher said. Any help. Can you tell I hate it and looking for anything to make it interesting? I'm sure this will bore me to tears but at least it will keep me awake.

Hi Danielle,
You know, Love & Death by Wallace and Halperin has an excellent section on the forensics of the case conducted independantly by Denise Marshall, the forensic examiner for the State of Colorado.
Good luck with your end of year essay. Axxx

And of course there is the wonderous www.justiceforkurt.com Tom Grant has all the documents he has posted on there. (Well, maybe not ALL)

Good luck with your essay Danielle xoxo Thankyou. I don't believe the murder theory personally. It's all a little too warped for me but I thought it would pass the days off my forensic science class.

You don't believe the murder theory cos it's a little warped? Isn't the point of doing the forensic science, forgetting what your heart may be telling you and listening to what the facts are telling you? FACTS!!!!! You may not think "so and so" could have done it, but if the forensic evidence points to them.......The mind is to be made up after after the facts are made up....

If you're aware of the murder theory at all you will know that forensic sciecne actually supports both theories. [murder and suicide] I won't be able to find out who did it or if it even happened, But I will able to present it in a concise, honest way.

If it supports both theories then isn't that assisted suicide? Or do they both cancel each other out and it never actually happened.......Jokes aside. Wish you the best of luck with your end of year essay.

Wish you the best of luck with your end of year essay. I was bored today that I cam bck and decided to see what was going on. I'm not looking to prove anything but I'm just gong to look at it. Thanks for the well wishing. I think you're pretty nice and seem intelligent so I don't want to argue with you. I'm not looking for an outcome but It fills the time for that nutsty subject. by the way I love your signature.

Been a while since someone reffered to me as intelligent. Christ. Thanks. I tend not to argue either. I make a point and then forget whats going on. Distracted to easily.
Signature? It's a line from a song, by The Wildhearts. Called Everlone.
