I don't think Courtney killed Kurt and I think that is a pretty cruel and horrible thing to say about someone. They killed their own husband? that's rough. I look at rock history and there are stacks of people who think they can prove someone famous was murdered but I don't buy it. I recently heard a rumour that Kurt Cobain wasen't dead, he was alive and well fronting the band Weezer. Yeah ok and people have evidence to prove this. Some people have too much time on their hands.

The difference between that Weezer comment and this comment is we have proof. Those two comparisons had nothing in common besides the fact that both revolved around Kurt.

really we have evidence that came from an actual detective. its not like its a group of nirvana fans are in charge. there is a real investigation.

If there was any basis to those claims I'm sure it would appear in court. It's not there it's a bunch of Elvis is alive, Elvis was murdered, etc etc. If there was real hardcore factual evidence it would stand up in court. I'm not seeing Courtney being arrested.

Wroug again. I've researched quite thoroughly for years. I've read all the books an done it all. I know about the credit card, the timeline, Dylan Carlson's lie to Tom Grant. the level of herion in Kurts system [which was medically disproven], Courtney in LA. [That pregnant dog she wasen't with her husband you all claim]. Actually the Exodus countcillors told her to go to LA and make no contact him because of his treatment.

I don't think Kurt was murdered because of his family. They seem to know of the theories and they don't believe. They are the people who knew Kurt and Courtney. They don't think it happened. That must tell you something.

Actually, it wasn't medically disproven. The experiment that "supposedly" showed it was possible for Kurt to shot the gun under such a high level of heroin was conducted using the drug methadone, rather than morphine. Methadone is different from heroin because it is less lethal; also heroin is injected and the subject in the experiment swallowed pills, which take much longer to injest. Heroin, when injected, acts immediately and Kurt would indeed have been incapacitated in a matter of seconds, not minutes as was the controlled experiment. It was neither a fair nor equal comparison. Futhermore, by the time Nick Broomfield, the maker of Kurt & Courtney realized that, the film was already made and awaiting release, so the damage was done.

As far as the rest of the proof goes, the pending divorce, the changing of his will, Kurt's intention of leaving Courtney it certainly gives motive, as far as Courtney's possible role Kurt's death. There was also her behavior to consider which was very suspicious. She sent Tom Grant around in circles in trying to locate Kurt, demanding survellience be set up at the homes of local drug dealers in case Kurt showed up, but throwing a fit when Grant tried to set up survellience at the Lake Washington house, where Kurt actually was. Courtney's own entertainment attorney stated that Courtney told Dylan "be sure to check the greenhouse" but for whatever reason, Dylan didn't. It's also odd that Courtney would chose that particular time to have the electrician come by and work on the greenhouse; It might even appear as if she knew Kurt was there and wanted his body found. Agreed, this proves nothing but it gives a person reason to ponder.

I might be able to dismiss these discrepancies if not for the fact that Eldon Hoke, passing a lie detector test with flying colors, stated that in December of 1993, Courtney offered him $50,000.00 to "blow Kurt's f-uckin' head off." Agreed Hoke is not above reproach himself but, but there is no way a person like him could fool the lie detector test. He was also instructed to "make it look like a suicide." Which further incriminates Courtney. Furthermore, when Tom Grant when public on a local radio show and voiced his suspicions about Kurts death, Courtnely left a message on his machine saying "I just heard you on that radio thing tonight. It's not like you told....it's not like you told out-and-out lies...I wish you were doing it for the money." This audio can be heard on Tom Grants website and after listening to it I concluded it was most definately Courtney's voice. She doesn't deny anything but rather admits Tom didn't tell "out-and-out lies" and she wished he was doing it for the money. She seems to be saying she realizes he can't be paid for his silence.

All of it is circumstantial but I can't just dismiss it as one big, huge coincidence. Something heavy went down the week Kurt disappeared and it seems to be much bigger than Kurt's suicide. There are alot of questions that need to be answered and Courtney, for her own interests, isn't talking.
